1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

You acknowledge that providing false information regarding your age or identity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds held in your Account.

4. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of pk555 services — including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must register a pk555 Account. The following conditions apply to all Accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each user is permitted to hold only one active Account on pk555. Operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated Accounts being closed and funds forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pk555 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• KYC Compliance: pk555 may require you to submit identity documents (CNIC, passport, or equivalent) and proof of payment method at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
• Non-Transferability: Your pk555 Account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.

pk555 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a violation of these Terms.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

pk555 supports a range of Pakistani payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals in PKR. Accepted methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, USDT, and Raast. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Processing Times: Deposits are credited instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• Verification Requirement: All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. pk555 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending identity confirmation.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Currency: All transactions on pk555 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated for cryptocurrency transactions.

pk555 reserves the right to reverse any deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if it has reason to believe the transaction was made fraudulently or in error. In cases of confirmed fraud, law enforcement authorities may be notified.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

From time to time, pk555 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, deposit match promotions, and other incentives to eligible users. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time of the promotion, as well as the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users who meet any stated qualifying criteria at the time of the offer.

All bets and wagers placed on the pk555 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game type. The following general rules apply across all products:

• A bet is deemed accepted only once it has been confirmed by the pk555 system and a bet ID has been issued. Bets placed during system downtime or connectivity issues may not be honoured.
• pk555 reserves the right to void any bet where there has been an obvious pricing error, system malfunction, or where market integrity has been compromised.
• For cricket betting — including PSL, ICC events, and bilateral series — specific rules regarding abandonment, rain interruptions, and DLS method outcomes apply and are detailed in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. pk555 may suspend or close markets at any time during a live event without prior notice.
• For slot and casino games, the Return to Player (RTP) percentages and game rules are published within each individual game interface and governed by the relevant game provider's certified rules.
• pk555 does not accept responsibility for bets placed on incorrect selections due to user error.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk555 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of prohibited activities.
• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person in doing so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on pk555.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any pk555 software, security systems, or random number generators.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk555 staff, customer support agents, or other users through any communication channel.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated documentation during KYC verification or any other compliance process.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk555 platform — including but not limited to the pk555 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to pk555 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pk555 content without prior written consent.
• Use the pk555 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on pk555 content, software, or platform architecture.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of pk555 intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and will result in immediate termination of your access to the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk555 and its operators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss of profits, winnings, data, or goodwill resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or system malfunctions beyond pk555's reasonable control.
• Delays or failures in the execution of deposits, withdrawals, or bet placements caused by third-party payment providers or telecommunications infrastructure.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, statistics, or other content published on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or restrict pk555's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Responsible Gaming
